Heads up to all dads, fathers, husbands, daughters, and sons! Remember, Mother's Day is this Sunday! It's a special occasion to honor the extraordinary blessing that mothers are to us. Their steadfast love mirrors the very essence of our Creator—patient, compassionate, and ever-present. "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." (Proverbs 31:25) We celebrate mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mentors, and all women who nurture others with Christ-like love. These remarkable women influence generations with their devoted prayers, wise counsel, and selfless affection, guiding us toward our Heavenly Father. **Join us for a special gathering this Sunday at 9 a.m. & 11 a.m.** - **Celebrate and give thanks** for these inspiring women. - **Pray for God's blessings** to be poured over them. - **Reflect on their impact** in shaping our lives and communities. Encountering the Risen Christ can transform our lives by giving us renewed purpose and direction. This experience often leads us to reassess our priorities and understand our role in God's greater plan. The Apostle Paul's transformation on the road to Damascus exemplifies how meeting the Risen Christ can change one's life, as he shifted from opposing Christ's followers to spreading Jesus' message. Likewise, when we encounter the Risen Christ, we are encouraged to reflect on our lives and consider our contribution to His mission, whether by serving others, sharing love and hope, or living out our faith daily. The Risen Christ calls us to pursue a mission in line with God's will, characterized by compassion, justice, and love, prompting us to become instruments of peace and reconciliation. Through this, we find fulfillment and a sense of belonging to God's larger story.
